We have been ISO 9001 certified since 1997 and take great pride in consistently exceeding the standards set by the automotive, aerospace, and electronics industries. Nathan Trotter’s in-house lab is comprised of state-of-the-art XRF and Optical Emissions Spectrometry (OES) equipment allowing precise chemistry testing and lot traceability of all tin and tin-based alloys. We also receive samples from material in-use at our customers’ facilities and provide same-day test results.
As we continue to work together with our customers, we welcome the opportunity for them to tour our facility and review our quality procedures. This gives our customers the opportunity to better understand our process and always enhances the successful partnership that we work towards.
A more recent addition to our Quality program is the topic of Conflict-Free Minerals, an SEC law for public companies set forth in the Dodd-Frank legislation. Nathan Trotter remains at the forefront of this issue within the tin industry and helps our customers to navigate these policies while ensuring all tin that we supply is certified Conflict-Free. Nathan Trotter is an active member of the CfSI – Conflict Free Sourcing Initiative. Please review our EICC template for more information about the tin smelters we work with.
